- SLShelby Lynn4 days ago1.0My packages never get delivered to my apartment. It never fails that I open my door to either no package at all or an opened package due to it being delivered to a neighboring apartment & them opening it before realizing they are not the recipient. I called today inquiring about a package that I got a notification saying it was delivered & the person who answered the phone said “check apartment 101, the delivery guy thought all the packages were for that unit” there are address labels for a reason! I usually don’t leave reviews on anything but this seems to be an ongoing issue. I do not feel it is anyone’s job to go scout their neighborhood for THEIR package.
- EHEric HermanAug 11, 20261.0They lie. Flat out lie. I get slips in my box saying they tried delivering the package when I was home and expecting the package. I get slips in my box saying it didn't fit the receptacle but that is nonsense due to the requirement to deliver those to the door. I see updates on the tracking saying the delivery location could not be accessed. Again, I am home and expecting the delivery, so the location is accessible. The best part, its not a real company, its government, so there is no real way to influence change. It's always someone else to blame for the problems here.

Including one that went missing for 3 DAYS and was luckily found after filing a complaint. Most recent time I actually went to go and get a package at the post office, I was told by the clerk at the front desk "we'll were working short handed and I can only offer you a job here, then maybe you could get your package on time". HUH!? That how you treat your customers?! Can't even pick up my mail now without dealing with a snobby attitude from one of your workers.
