- RORobert OnionMay 12, 20262.0The mail guy or gal has passed my window about five times this morning. Theres gotta be a more efficient way. I bet hes lost. Last time i asked for signature confirm the usps worker signed for it and left it in my box (but wrote that i signed and accepted it) So i do all my mailing UPS now. I used to support the usps, but its a dumpster fire. Theres nothing left.
- PSPaul Johns (snoshuu)May 3, 20262.0This place can be hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Most of the time I've been lucky to interact with very polite and respectful postal staff. Other times it's just the opposite, when I've been unlucky enough to deal with the most rude and disrespectful postal staff. Most recent example is when I went in on a Saturday to pick up my mail that was being held while I was traveling. I was met with being treated like I had caused such a huge inconvenience for them because I asked them to look again after they initially stated there was no mail being held for me. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the normally exceptional service I've experienced. If someone is so miserable at there job that they are practically asking to be fired, please do us all a favor and give them what they want, and what the rest of us deserve.
