- KKKhishJul 13, 20263.0On Friday 7.10.26 bw the hrs of 4pm and 5pm, I witnessed USPS employee Paula YELLING and BERATING a woman so badly about a situation that she was experiencing. The woman approached Paula so calmly and was not upset in the least. Apparently she asked Paula a question that she asked prior and Paula repeatedly angrily and yelling "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING ME THE SAME QUESTION, I ALREADY TOLD YOU, DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?", etc. While being calm, the customer explained that she just came from the police station and just wanted to ask a question for reassurance. Paula kept yelling at her. I refuse to go to her and was assisted by TJ. He did a great job. Paula needs additional training or anger mgmt. Extremely, extremely unprofessional.
