- CMcesar marroJun 30, 20261.0The ladies on the front desk refused to take my package that was already labeled because they say that they don’t have the equipment to handle my package, we are talking about a package that weight less than two pounds and that my 6 years old was carrying, I don’t know what equipment is necessary for that.

The package was delivered to me in exactly the same condition shown in the video provided by USPS. They even created a “good cop, bad cop” situation, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

She demonstrated great patience and took the time to clearly explain matters not only to me but also to others while we waited in line. Her professionalism and courtesy significantly enhanced the overall experience. Another employee assisting that day was also very courteous. As fellow human beings, it is important to understand one another’s circumstances and practice patience when things do not go as expected. Speaking from my experience as a government employee, I appreciate that policies cannot be altered or exceptions made for individual cases. Both employees managed the situation with admirable professionalism and composure. Thank you for providing such excellent service.
