- MEMytoya El1 day ago4.0Let me tell you! I had 25mins to make it to the post office at Hanes mall by 6pm before they closed. It is about 19minutes from my location, right. Google map had me go in a circle to get on highway 52 and wasted at least 1 minutes and 30 seconds. I’m laughing now because I made it at 5:57pm but I’m appalled that the directions, literally, took me in a circle; to get back onto a road that, I, technically live of off. I should’ve known but it never done that to me before. But thank you for your services. I used the services to capture my ETA and speed. Plus, it was during rush hour traffic but again thank you, I made it on time.
- SBShellie BAug 27, 20263.0I generally have a good experience at this location. However, if Wanda is behind the desk I know it will be an unpleasant visit. She is rude every time and acts like every customer is personally inconveniencing her. She also reaches over and clicks the smiley face on the screen when it asks how your experience was without giving you a chance to rate it yourself. It is obvious that she knows that she is not providing good service and would not be rated well if she didn't fudge the rating. I don't know how she still has a job there, and I am sure that all of the bad reviews about a rude and unpleasant staff member are about her. That said, everyone else I've encountered at the location is wonderful.

- CMChelsea MAug 21, 20265.0I came into the passport office here to renew my passport. I had previously spoken to someone off the 1-800 number to verify hours and services offered there. Long story short the information I was given was incorrect. The lady working here was very kind and gracious in assisting me and getting things straightened and out taken care of. She was extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. What could have easily turned into a very bad and disappointing day was remedied by the lady working here. 10/10 recommend coming here for your passport needs. Great customer service!

The employee helping me openly complained that I was "too time-consuming," telling me I needed to find a better system. Blaming a paying customer for bringing in business during opening hours is unacceptable. When I asked for a receipt for the few she processed so I could leave, there was zero attempt to fix the situation. I took the rest of my packages straight to the Healy Drive location. Even with a line, the staff there was fast, friendly, patient, and professional. Save yourself the stress and avoid the Hanes Mall location.
