They didn’t leave the desks unmanned and stayed ready to help/greet before you even walk in the door. Tani had my husband, my son and myself in and out in less than 45 minutes for new passports. Thank you Tani! I was dreading that appt and you made it so easy!

That being said, we got there with our child and documents at 2 and the passport officer (Tani???) took pity on us and squeezed us in after checking the afternoon schedule - had a great experience overall.

They sent me 20min north to another usps saying they could honor my appointment, they did not. Waste of time and money.
