I had 2 Amazon returns. The cashier I encountered seemed to be pleasant with other customers ahead of me, so I’m not sure what changed his tone when it became my turn. I was not greeted with a hello, which honestly isn’t that big of a deal. However he seemed annoyed with the returns and after he completed my transaction he just handed me a paper and didn’t say anything else. I had to ask if I was done to which he responded yes and that was it. I even said thank you and nothing. That’s really disheartening because I literally witnessed him being very pleasant with other customers. I wasn’t rude or unpleasant, no complaints, I even smiled at him as I walked up to the register and remain nice even after being made to feel like a burden. Not sure what happened there and maybe it was a one off experience. I do know it makes me question this location now and whether my business is welcomed or not.
