- YMYanni MazzaJun 22, 20261.0UPDATED: Despite the owner’s contention, this store NEVER communicated that they even contacted UPS corporate. And there’s no “belief” that a proper signature is required when you pay for it. The owner simply took the two minutes she had to scream about the incident rather than provide meaningful customer service. The package was not delivered correctly, and while it may be true that the store can’t control local delivery drivers, this whole interaction demonstrates that the owner is not willing to accept any responsibility for services that THEY sell. The one positive about the store is the lower level staff - they are friendly! If you ever have an issue that requires the owner, however, it’s better to look elsewhere. What an experience it is to say hello on the phone and start getting screamed at - for A UPS MISTAKE. The owner deflects responsibility and lacks acceptable customer service standards. The next time you have a problem and get yelled at by the owner saying they’re not responsible for anything UPS does (the service they sell!) after UPS corporate insists this store is the only one that can help - remember to choose a different store!
