She is a reflection of UPS. And this is not a good look. I will never come back to this location. I have been to the Clemmons location and have always received amazing customer service.

I was looking at a big stack of outgoing USPS on floor. This franchise is trash. Any other store cares about community and those near by. These are not good people. Anybody with a policy like that says allbyou need to hear. The lady was smug rude. These type of franchise owners dont care about community. Dont give your money to these owners. Looking at other reviews it makes sense. The replies look like AI as well.
