He did not park in front of the door. He parked around. He parked back where I couldn’t see him and that’s not good. I just saw him by accident.

- SSSeanJun 13, 20261.0Total lack of incompetence, is the only way I can describe this location. Absolutely horrible. How are you going to have a package on the truck, out for delivery and then never make it to the destination, only for it to end up in a trailer with hundreds of other packages, to be delivered at a later date? This was all verified by a customer service rep at the location, so it's not speculation. Crazy!

Got a notification at 7:46 pm that my package was delivered at 7:06 pm and signed for….but of course NO PACKAGE!! Call customer service to be given the run around and still NO PACKAGE! Speaking with customer service again feels like they’re feeding me bs in trying to “solve” the issue. To me I don’t believe they are and I’m completely annoyed. FedEx please do better because this is ridiculous!!
