Sadly think this post office is in desperate need of help on many levels. Let’s first start with the atmosphere of the inside of this location. Every time I go inside of this post office it’s messy in the lobby area and the supplies are in disarray. I am a frequent visitor and mail packages often so this review is NOT based off of one experience alone. I understand that that they may be understaffed and overwhelmed so I write this review with that in mind. The lobby is always messy, in disarray, dirty, and the lighting is dim as if their budget doesn’t allow for proper lighting and cleanliness. At any given time I usually only see one postal employee at the front desk helping walk in customers with their packages and mail to sent for the many walk in customers in this high volume area. Every time I have gone inside which has been at least 5-8 times thus far (bc I am somewhat new to this local) if I’m being honest I have encountered some of the rudest postal employees ever and that says a lot as I have been an online seller in the past in a different local as well as a frequent shipper to. Friends and family. I can be mistaken their rudeness with simple frustration as we all have those days however there has also been an issue where I went into this location and was being waited on by one of their male employees at the counter and the entire time he was waiting on me with my multiple packages (in my hand) he was conversing with another employee next to him about another employee whom they worked with the entirety of the time he waited on me. I had questions for him and as I asked him my questions he answered them but he was short and Kurt with with his response like I wasn’t there spending a ton of money on postage (which let’s be honest every month they increase postage fees it’s to help pay their salaries). The same gentleman on another few occasions has waited on me with the same attitude as if he just wanted to rush me out of the door and had such displeasure. Again, I understand we all have bad days but… this is a regular occurrence here. I have also had this same treatment by their female staff as well but not quite the same exact experiences. Just poor attitude towards customers and also I was accused of using a box that I wasn’t supposed to use and was forced to buy another one even though my box was completely covered in brown paper that I purchased at another retailer. It was an assumption made by the postal employer that I was using a particular box that the post office provided but how could she actually tell of my box was completely covered in brown paper. I did NOT complain about this and said whatever and purchased another box bc I needed to mail the package and didn’t want to argue but the point is that assuming is something you shouldn’t do and being accusatory is rude and unprofessional. This caused the line to back up 6 or so more customers and I kept apologizing to them bc I felt it was necessary to do so.

Went to this store location to drop off a package and needed to box the item and wanted help with package instructions as I did not want to ruin a box and have never used the “peel and stick” packaging before. Woman at front counter was incredibly rude and insulted my intelligence saying “we know how to use technology but don’t know how to package a box. It’s everyday life”, in front of multiple people. I will not be coming back to the store.

Super helpful in setting up a new mail box number. My leasing office was 0 help and basically told me I had to figure it out myself and this office got me right. Thanks again!

I believe in humanity and accountability. I faced an issue yesterday with a package that was supposed to arrive and an error occured. I was upset and went to the post office to address it. The manager or supervisor in charge came to my aid upon me requesting to speak with him, and he was super polite and made me feel like he cared. He saw to the issue and found a way to reach a solution on the spot and I got my package. I was upset over the error, but I am more impressed by the accountability and the fact a stranger showed empathy and frankly, good business. That deserves 5 stars.

If I could give this post office zero stars I would. My mail carrier has lost FOUR packages in the past 6 months. Tracking number says it's been delivered, but not to me! They can, and should do better!
