- KGKate GoldenbergJun 30, 20261.0Had everything ready and was in and out in about 3 minutes, and somehow the staff still found time to be rude to me. It’s a very unpleasant place. Go to literally any other post office in Wilmington for a significantly better experience.

I heard her refer a guy to UPS very rudely and then when I got up there, I got finished and told them I appreciate the help. Thank you. And as I was leaving, I heard her say, well that makes sense. Have a great day!. Basically insinuating that that is what I should have said. So I went back in there to ask if I was rude, and they were like quotation no honey you weren’t rude at all! She acted like she didn’t even say that. Basically it’s like, if you are going to work in the customer service realm, you need to be able to deal with customers.
- CVChad VisintainerMay 5, 20261.0one of the post office carrier did not go to my street instead they left the "we miss you notice" inside my mailbox at the leasing office the package needed my signature and i was home all day waiting for my package instead he just didn't see me at the mailbox and assumed he missed me instead of going to my house and knocking at the door and asking me for my signature then give me my package customer service that mailbox carrier need to go back to basic training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
