  I only wish there was a 0 star review. We are several businesses here in monkey junction in wilmington, nc. We have only had 1 mail delivery in the last 8 days. Why? because the carrier would have to turn off Carolina beach rd and drive 150 yards to the mailbox. I know this is a difficult task in their air conditioned truck, but something has got to give. What can I do to receive mail at an address that has never had an issue getting mail in the last 6 years???

  I know a lot of people give the US Postal Service a hard time because they're expecting their items. Maybe I'm just a lucky one. More times then not I get my stuff on time or early. Like a lot of places people don't want to work. So that leads them to be understaffed. I remember when there was a time when it was hard to get a job in the Postal Service now they're desperate for people. The workers at Myrtle Grove are doing the best with what they have so cut them some slack and be grateful that you're getting your mail.If not go pick up a mail bag and go deliver some mail. Keep up the good work and if you don't get it here on time Myrtle Grove and USPS I still love you!

  I live at the Keys apts. Mail delivery is awful. As the Keys manager says, “we can’t do anything, you have to go to the post office at Myrtle Grove (Monkey Junction”. I have. So far I have had order reimbursements from Amazon for 6 items never received but the mail woman put she delivered. I have been to My post office and complained to the man who said he’d talk to her. When she is in the mail room she is so loud on the phone and people (I have taken photos) put mail in the wrong boxes on the floor because no more room for on the bulletin board. I finally asked her one Saturday before she went in the office about my packages from Amazon saying the were delivered but not there. She said she would look for them when she’s back in out mail room but wouldn’t do it until Monday. I finally got them on Wednesday.obviously she is marking them as delivered and not delivering them. Other tenants have complained to the office and mgr at the post office. Give her another part of town and give us someone that can do the job. I will contact Amazon again and go to to post office again. There are people who will get the job done to hire.

  They stopped delivering my mail one day because the mailbox was full (a single box filled the entire mailbox) and they put a note that i was on a '10 day hold'. I called, i filled out forms. 2 weeks later, im still not getting mail and have no idea what happened to the mail i haven't been getting, so i guess i'll have to drive over in person.
