Seems small, but it kinda matters. Great customer service. I've used this store once or twice over the years yo drop off the cable equipment and I saw the same gentleman today managing the store still after a few years which is nice, too. It's always been very easy and never had to wait really if I had any questions they were answered precisely and with kindness. Thank you.

The pictures needed some tweaking that was outside our skill set and Andreas knew exactly how to fix it. He was kind , patient even while having other customers. This was a great experience and because of the exemplary customer service this will become the store.

Needless to say his photo was rejected because he had his glasses on. He went to back recently to PPS store with his photo and reciept. The owner was not willing to work with him nor did he offer to retake the photo which is all my husband wanted. So he paid for a photo that can't be used for his passport.
