I had a color print job that Ryan expertly helped me with. From figuring out how to use the non-standard USB device to sizing it to what I wanted he was both a professional and a perfectionist. He even helped recommend a specialty paper that made the finished product look better than my expectations. Great store!

I appreciated how easy & breezy my experience was this morning. Cody took my package and handed me my receipt. That was that. He handle packaging, taping and sending off my item. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

I went in to have a specialty print job and Ryan was amazing! After giving him a non-traditional USB drive he was able to get the file and manipulate it to print on the size paper that I wanted. He even went the extra mile to suggest a specialty paper that made the final product exceed my expectations!

I recently ordered a wedding gift, an 8x10 work of art with the bridal couple’s names on it. Sadly I misspelled one of the names. I took it to the UPS store in Wilmington, NC where I was assisted by the nicest sales associate, Shadavia. She was able to scan the art work, correct the name in the exact font of the original piece and make a new copy that I can now frame. She made the first copy and there were a few flecks that appeared on the print. So she then took the original and scanned it into a new machine and made the edits again. All of this while her other amazing coworker handled the long line of other patrons so Shadavia could continue helping me. Neither one of them acted flustered or impatient. Shadavia treated me like I was her most important client at that time. The second copy she made was perfect. She smiled and thanked me for my business. I told her she made my day, and she did!! So I can highly recommend the staff at the Porters Neck UPS in Wilmington for going above and beyond. Thank you Shadavia!!
