  I've been to this UPS Store several times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help. On my most recent visit, they made my return quick and hassle free, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. It's refreshing to find a business where the employees genuinely seem to care about their customers. This is my go to UPS Store, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Porters Neck area. Keep up the great work!

  I don’t order often but I ordered quite a bit to try for my son’s wedding. Since I don’t order often, I don’t ever return anything. I didn’t have any idea how to return to Amazon. Ryan helped me every step of the way. Helping me correct ones that weren’t accurate, explaining how to redo them and where I went wrong. Ryan was so patient and kind helping me. He never made me feel dumb for not knowing or needing to redo it numerous times. The whole team was kind to everyone that came in. They moved everyone through quickly, efficiently and happily. Top notch. I am thankful to have gotten Ryan tonight to help me.

  I had a mailbox here for 3 months and throughout that time, Race and Ryan were incredibly helpful. Race made the mailbox setup process so easy. He always remembers me and will often pull my mail/packages for me before I can even ask for them. Ryan is so kind to my kids, and has helped me carry packages to my car when I was clearly overloaded. Everyone at this location has been friendly and helpful, with Race & Ryan going above & beyond. The employees here make going to the UPS store actually enjoyable and less like a chore.

  Long store short I needed a package and tried to call customer service and the customer service supervisor hung up on me! So I went to this store and Ryan and Ebony made it happen! They were so friendly and helpful. Especially after being on the phone with terrible customer service people. So if you need something done and done right go talk to Ryan and Ebony at the store. Thank you both again!

  Moriah was exceptionally helpful !!!! I wouldn't not been able to complete a rather difficult pickup and delivery label transaction, I did not know how to do without her patience and assistance. She even stayed past the time she was to go home, In order to help me. I am dyslexic, I would not have been able to do this on my own she was patient and made sure everything was correct. Thank you Mariah!!
