  Had a great experience shipping a package with Tamyrh. I wasn’t sure how to package my items and she helped with me suggestions and finding the best rate. 5 stars!

  The only reason to use this store is because of its proximity to downtown residents. The staff are a bit rude and pushy. Constantly trying to upsell you on packaging or materials you don't need, especially when its pre-paid. And when you justifiably decline them, then you get a little passive aggressive attitude. If it wasn't for certain vendors using UPS only,,, there is no reason to choose them instead of using USPS.

  We use this UPS Store regularly for Wethersby Guild, and they have always been incredibly helpful. There have been plenty of times when I’ve forgotten to bring the key to our company mailbox, or one of our employees has misplaced it, and the staff is always patient and willing to help me get it opened. Everyone here is always friendly, kind, and generous with their time. They never make you feel like you’re bothering them, even when you need a little extra help. I really appreciate the great customer service and how consistently welcoming they are every time I come in. It makes a huge difference, especially when we rely on them regularly for our business. Definitely a five-star experience, and a big thank you to the entire team for always taking care of us!
