  The quick and speedy service. If I have to make a return I don't have to plan to go at a certain time. I can stop anytime, walk in and return my items, send a package, buy packaging items, whatever I need and be out the door within minutes. I love how close by it is to my home and the friendly staff at the location one mile from my home.

  I really appreciate having this store so close to home and work. It's always a pleasure doing business with them. The staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like I'm being served extremely well, just as I would my own clients & customers.

  Chase and Jordan were very helpful! I went in looking for a specific weight of paper for writing estimates while I'm out in the field for my company. Chase was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and even showed me some options. Before I left, he inquired about the company I worked for and we had a helpful discussion about the UPS Store handling our businesses, print needs for business cards, door hangers, direct mail, etc. Our company works in North Carolina and South Carolina, so this would actually be very helpful to have a familiar vendor this close to our headquarters be able to meet all of our print needs as well as shipping. Thank you so much Chase! And thank you Jordan for running your store the right way and for actually taking care of everyone that walks through your door. Not to mention pricing was very fair and transparent. Thanks UPS Store and thanks, Chase and Jordan!

  I’m self-employed (operate a childcare facility) and frequently need printing and shipping services for both personal and business-related needs, so I’m very happy to have found a UPS Store nearby. I called the store this morning with a few general questions and was greeted by a pleasant yet professional voice on the other end. Later that morning, I stopped by the store and was greeted by Jordan, who I realized was the same person I had spoken with earlier. I truly appreciated his friendliness, helpful suggestions/input, and professional demeanor. I also had the pleasure of meeting Heather a few months ago, who assisted me with shipping an international package. She was extremely helpful, thorough, and patient in making sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Her pleasant attitude and warm smile made the experience even better. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine, professional, and friendly customer service. Jordan and Heather are both wonderful representatives of this store, and I truly appreciate the way they treated me. I’ll definitely be making this UPS Store one of my regular stops whenever I need printing or shipping services!
