  This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store! My husband and I had multiple returns and Heather was so kind and so patient with us. Her, Mike, and Jordan had phenomenal teamwork and all were so attentive to the customers in the shop. My husband even made the comment “and that’s how customer service should be” Great job!

  I go to the UPS store on Carolina Beach Road. It’s a newer store near the Target and Home Depot. Everyone there is always super friendly, helpful, and polite. They greet you when you walk in, and they thank you as you leave the store. It is also a very clean and efficient store. If there is a line, which I’ve never seen, they do have the area where you can send your own packages back, which I’m sure will be useful as the holidays approach down the road. I am so happy that this store has opened as it is very near to my home. Thank you, UPS!!

  Super convenient! Jordan and Chase and Hydiea We are the absolute most helpful people in the world. They got everything done very efficiently. They’re very very kind and give something that you don’t see a line anymore, which is customer service. A+ customer service at that and if you live in Myrtle Grove or Monkey Junction This is an ideal place to bring your Amazon returns or to ship anything you really need. I would recommend this to everybody I know.

  New store great service, Jordan, Chase and Hydiea We’re absolutely wonderful. To be honest, I had no clue the store was here but came to do my Amazon return and it was fast quick cheap and easy. They even helped me facilitate a separate return so they didn’t have to drive all the way to Whole Foods. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody especially those who live in Myrtle Grove and monkey Junction so you don’t have to drive all the way to 17th St.

  I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store! Heather, Mike, and Jordan provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, professional, and helped me get everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. The store was very clean, organized, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you come across a team that genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. Thank you all for making the process so easy, I highly recommend this location!
