  5 stars for this location. The customer service has always been great and I’ve never had to wait in a long line. Heather helped me when I went in most recently and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for the package I was mailing. Thank you for making my day a little less stressful!

  Store 8236 We love this store. The hours are very convenient, and the location is near everything else we need (Target, Starbucks. Home Depot). Our favorite part about this store is the customer service; Heather in particular has a wonderful way with people. She is super pleasant, helpful and efficient.

  Race and Heather provided phenomenal notary services and were an absolute lifesaver. I had an urgent request that required fast, precise attention, and they handled it perfectly. They were incredibly responsive and ready to help with every single detail I needed. If you are looking for a highly capable and efficient notary team, I cannot recommend them enough. They made a tight deadline completely seamless.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store on Carolina Beach Road! I needed to send a 30-page fax and have several important documents shredded, and I especially want to recognize Mike and Jordan for their outstanding customer service. They were both extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They took their time assisting me with the fax, made sure everything was handled properly, and helped me with shredding my documents. I never felt rushed, even though I had quite a bit to take care of. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful task so much easier. Mike and Jordan truly went above and beyond and are a great asset to this UPS Store location. Thank you both for making my experience such a positive one! I will definitely return and highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I don't post reviews often but this one is definitely deserved. Every time I've had to ship a package, the process has been very fast and seamless. Today I shipped out 2 packages, one was for USPS which was my mistake, Jordan kindly let me know he could print the return label for me but couldn't ship it out. I went to USPS and guess who wouldn't print my return label...I had to come back and Jordan already knew what happened and printed the label for me when he quite honestly didn't have to. Jordan if you read this, thank you. Shoutout to Heather, Race, and Mike for the hard work. Great team and also just great service.
