  This is a new store. Both Chandler and Chase were very friendly. This is not so at the other nearest location to me. I had an unusual packaging request and they were happy to get it done for me. Great customer service. Highly recommend them.

  Employee Chase was awesome with great customer service for my business card order. Lady there for pickup of the order was just as nice. I will go there from now onward.

  I’ve been using The UPS Store for many years for our real estate marketing, mainly postcard mailings but, also for flyers, brochures, and other print materials. The print quality is always excellent and reliable. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. Recently, I had a print job that needed both design and quick turnaround. I reached out, and the team pulled together and got it done! I was very impressed and grateful. The newer Monkey Junction location is a big plus. It is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Shoutout to Chase, Jordan, Luke, and Hannah - they all rock! Highly recommend this UPS Store for anyone needing professional printing, real estate marketing materials, Amazon returns, or fast, reliable service. Thanks again to the whole team at The UPS Store.
