Despite multiple requests to deliver during business hours and not leave jugs at the front door, their drivers consistently ignore instructions. We’re left dragging heavy jugs inside and accumulating empties that never get picked up, even though we've called several times and were assured things would change. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and definitely not worth the money.
- NANadir AttiahFeb 19, 20261.0Started service over the phone 2/11, were promised service 2/18, no delivery, they rescheduled to 2/19, no delivery or phone call till end of day, I call, they said the address is wrong, the address is correct, we receive deliveries on it all the time, if the driver puts address on google map he will see it, if the driver calls me I would answer any questions but they cancel with no calls. I called and cancelled service. Zero star for carelessness and incompetency lacking to think to call or do any effort to provide service, guess what another company is down the road. Your loss for sure.
