- JBJessica BallOct 7, 20241.0Delivered a water bottle with a leak, called company to fix the issue, was told I would receive another bottle with no charge. After the delivery which was an hour late, I was charged a delivery fee. I had to call back to have the fee removed and not once did this company offer anything for my time being wasted having to clean up a completely soaked utility room floor, waiting an hour past closing for the late delivery and having to call back to have a charge removed that wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. Unorganized company!

Still did not show up. Called customer service and they schedule me a new date. Still did not show up called customer service again and was told they would have a manager call me. That was a week ago. I am still waiting. I am looking into other options. This is ridiculous.

We live extremely busy lives and living in a place with awful water, the convenience and knowing/being able to chose our delivery dates and having spring water delivered to our house for a reasonable price is the best. I have never had issues with delivery dates or no shows. Their website is very user friendly and drivers are always nice. Also a bonus that the water cooler has a hot option for tea, instant soups, etc.

The water tastes great, it's easy to increase or decrease delivery amounts, and the hot/cold dispensing equipment has worked perfectly from the start. Plus our delivery driver is super friendly and always on time.
