- RPRaymond PriceAug 20, 20261.0Bad customer service, really bad. Had to deal with getting threatened by a employee at this location as well as other forms of harrassment, and when I lodged a complaint. I get singled out and treated with even worse customer service. There was another customer that showed up knocked several times and since I was there she was shooed away by Tracy because she was on break. Manager jason came out when I spoke up to him about the customer that was treated unfair by the same person who threatened me and harrassed me. He brushed it off nicely in a manner that showed the complaints fall on deaf ears. Clearly evident that they dont care as nothing was done about Tracy except me getting ignored and shoved to the side. Unless you have to come here, I would suggest going elsewhere. This is not the customer service that fedex is known for.
