- AHAustin HamiltonJul 13, 20261.0Absolute worst post office of all time. Government secured jobs so why do they care about customer service. It's almost as if they go out of the way to be the least helpful people as possible. I would say humanly possible but they take it to a level below that. They will look you in the eyes tell you no and to go back home and try again instead of pressing a single button on a keyboard. Need a pouch for your label, nope, sorry, "we can't help you here. Go back home and tape it on." (With a pouch in his hand and a quick eye to the roll of tape at his station. Not to mention they could have easily just reprinted the label for me.) Don't understand the new hazmat rules so you drive your returned package up to the post office to ask them what needs to happen to proceed. They take it anyway and then, you guessed it, immediately mark it return to sender a second time. No trip I've have ever taken to this location has brought even a tiny amount of customer service or decency for trivial things. Stupid trivial things. I hate and abhor that my tax money pays for this junk service to operate and for these people's overpaid jobs. Every single employee at this lcoation should be fired.

The delivery driver left a note IN MY MAILBOX about a very important package that they attempted to deliver apparently unsuccessfully. We were at home waiting for the delivery. No knock, no horn, no attempt to get out of the car. Update: Redeeming quality, Clint at the office was super nice and helpful to resolve the issue.
