Went in to simply ask a question, and Jeff (who stopped mid-project to help me) ended up finding exactly what i needed. He then went on to upload the image i had on file, and created the stickers that i was looking for. I went to Staples to leave an Amazon return. I am 60 years old. I had my six month old granddaughter in my arms along with diaper bag , purse and a box . I Was told I needed a label. Management said it would cost about .20$. I went to the printers and was not sure how to get the pictures of my return slip to my email to send to staples.printme email. I began to explain to cashier she said the directions are over there. I went back and understood the directions but still was not sure how to get info sent to my email. I then asked the manager if he could help me. He walked over and handed me the instructions I felt stupid and unimportant. I sat at the printer for awhile. No assistance came. A customer came in that needed the printer. They offered to assist me. The manager did assist another customer with a jammed printer then walked away. I do not believe the staples employees are happy about the Amazon return part of their job. I also believe that the customer service is horrible. I am sure that Amazon is paying Staples for this service. By the way the printer is set on color print and charged me 4.30$ to print the label. I am sure that the Waynesville NC staples employees will be happy to know that I will not return for any services. I was at this location on 4-20-26 at 10:30 am. Please do not send me a message saying we strive… or any apologies. Thank you. Tonya.
