- ASAlyssa SJul 24, 20261.0Was trying to find a Post office on my way back from an out of town road trip because I desperately needed something to get mailed out that night. Website and the reviews said that this location had a kiosk where I could scan the items in and drop them in the drop bin. Unfortunately not only do they not have a kiosk, it's been removed, but the drop bin has also been sealed off with metal panels so no one can use it. Had to go 15 miles out of my way to find another post office. 💀

You call to see if you can pick up your packages yourself so that you can make sure you get them and save the USPS driver time and fuel, but they don't allow packages to be held. But there is a package intercept/redirect service, for $12.95 per each package. Seems like a money grab. Customer service on the phone is a joke, specially when you call them first thing in the morning. Guess this place doesn't have an employee coffee machine, as everyone seems ill from waking up. If you want your packages held when using Amazon, call Amazon before you order and request to have UPS ship it. They're holding additional packages for myself to pickup and all I had to do is click one button. Much better customer service through UPS as well.

I have shipped a few packages 1st priority and that comes with a tracking number (or so they said), but the numbers they have given me haven't worked; because of this, I give them 1 star. It is generally very busy and you feel rushed and pressured to make the transaction too quickly and they are quick to take your money.
