- BEBrittany Elliott5 days ago5.0I must share that today I stopped by this location to grab bubble wrap, and long story short the box I had wasn't going to work and the manager/owner of this store went above and beyond to help me, she stopped what she was doing and made sure she provided me with superb care and assistance. She could tell I was stressed and it literally was the best experience ive had in any place in a long time. They definitely deserve acknowledgement and recognition!!!!! Thank you SOOO much.
- SISam IkaSep 30, 20265.0The staff are very kind and helpful. I’m glad to have a this store close by our house.
- KNKate N.Sep 16, 20263.0I'm glad Waxhaw has a UPS but there is an unhappy young lady working there. You can tell that she hates customers.
- MEMax EikSep 11, 20265.0Great customer service! They are very caring, kind and helpful. The owner and employees are professional. The store is clean and nice. The location is very convenient. I enjoyed doing business here!
- BBBrandiSep 3, 20261.0Four customers were in the store and the staff was frazzled and they complained about not having a 3rd person available. Poor customer service and not welcoming at all. Need to employ individuals who are customer focused and less grumpy.
