Walnut Cove should be embarrassed - The agent looked in the clear folder I was holding and before offering any sort of greeting, chose to say YOU HAVE THE WRONG PAPERWORK AND YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! When actually I had everything perfectly correct and organized and they didn’t know why I was even there. I had to walk out - there was no way I would be spoken to like that with my child present & dismissed in such a way that was so unnecessary. A simple “How may I help you?” would have been a more appropriate greeting! Do better Walnut Cove.
- SSShaneAug 19, 20261.0Caused me $150 fee because they didn’t even attempt to deliver my tax payment, instead they just sent it back to my bank even though i had been using the physical address for 15 years! Now after seeing your other reviews I see your community hates you as bad as I do! Bottom line this office and it’s employees are the absolute worst you can come across. If you people are that miserable, find a better job! Youre not doing your community any favors! Shame on this place!
