- RRReneeMay 15, 20261.0Awful service. I can see why the government wants to shut them down. Employees are rude. The mail carrier is slow and loses most of the packages. They jam the mailbox so tight, you need a crowbar to get your packages out. And when one package doesn’t fit, they mark it undeliverable and leave all the packages at the post office for pick up. So for one oversize package, a person has to carry several packages to their car. With no help.

No, you're know, she's beautiful and breaks my heart that she's married, lol, but she has delivered me so many packages, so many boxes just help me with so much around here. I'm not from around here and her friendliness compassion for my late stage kidney cancerwhen I need my mailbox fixed she was always around to answer any questions respect gentleness and kindnes just few words that describes the best MAILLADY IN THE USPS u know, I don't know my cancer. She's just been a tremendous tremendous blessing. One of many blessings I have in my life, so I wan't to thank you for everything you've done for me. - RRRyan RoseJul 30, 20191.0I've never been in the Wallace post office before, but twice now I've had packages go through Wallace, and for whatever reason Wallace decides to keep sending my package back to Fayetteville NC ( which is farther away than it's destination) and Fayetteville keeps sending it back to Wallace, and my package keeps going back and forth between Fayetteville and Wallace until I email USPS telling them what's going on, this is absolutely ridiculous. Twice this has happened now, twice, I'm leaving this review hoping it'll get someone's attention and something can be done about this because this is insanity!
