- RRRenee5 days ago1.0Awful service. I can see why the government wants to shut them down. Employees are rude. The mail carrier is slow and loses most of the packages. They jam the mailbox so tight, you need a crowbar to get your packages out. And when one package doesn’t fit, they mark it undeliverable and leave all the packages at the post office for pick up. So for one oversize package, a person has to carry several packages to their car. With no help.

She tries to hold people's packages make people come pickup packages up because she lies makes up false statements made several complaints on her holding my packages. Another worker long greyish hair ask if i was allowed to pick up my sibling mail. She is another rude unprofessional worker there and that's another person that should be fired they should not speak to people like a dog! Higher ups should terminate these two ladies ! Kindness is always free! Terrible customer service! Being difficult is not a reason to make up false accusations on a customer!!

Can the carrier just open all parcel lockers and find it??? So I talked with carrier again and she noted that the parcel locker she put the pkg in was emptied. So, someone has the pkg.
