He scanned my packages and provided my receipt without making me feel like I was inconveniencing him. This was especially appreciated after my experience yesterday at the Falls of Neuse Rd location, where I was scolded and publicly embarrassed for requesting receipts for my business packages (only brought in 13 packages by the way). The difference in customer service was night and day. Edward treated me with kindness and professionalism and made what is a stressful part of running my business so much easier. He is a wonderful addition to this location, and I really appreciate his excellent customer service!
