- BPBreanah PartneyMay 6, 20265.0My 90 year old grandmother sent four packages internationally. Due to her shaky handwriting, all packages had address errors. Thankfully, with the tracking numbers, Wake Forest postal workers were able to help track down all four boxes and get them delivered. It took over a week to get everything to us but they were so patient and helpful during the whole ordeal!! Thank you so much for helping us out!

- RMRebecca MFeb 26, 20262.0The Wake Forest Post Office still leaves a lot to be desired. But my service has improved somewhat. I get the majority of mail expected now, that is, if there is a decent carrier working that day. If there isn't, the carrier might deliver your mail to someone else's mailbox, as they don't check if they are going in the correct order. The postmaster responded that my carrier wasn't working that day. Well, who delivered the mail to the wrong mailboxes???? It didn't magically happen; a postal employee did that. So why not correct the problem with the employee who keeps making this mistake every week? They still get paid whether they perform the job correctly or not, so work ethic seems lacking as there are no consequences for all the errors. I will need to renew my passport and driver's license soon, and the last time these documents were delivered to addresses other than the ones I provided. So this is a huge security risk. I wish we could pay for a reliable company to deliver these important documents to us.
