  Theu were not helpful and when something i was printing messed up, they still charged me for it. The lady was really rude.

  I cannot recommend this place enough, especially when it comes to their printing services! I’m terrible at remembering names, but once I get them, I’ll be sure to update this review because the entire team deserves recognition. They all came together to help me with a last-minute printing order for my small business, and they went above and beyond by helping fix and adjust my original order. It’s honestly hard to come across genuinely great, in-person customer service these days, and I truly appreciated how kind, patient, and helpful everyone was. I highly recommend this place! And a little reminder to be kind to everyone working behind the printing desk, they’re doing their best to help you, and a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you again to the entire team for making a stressful last-minute situation so much easier!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I never leave negative reviews but the way I was treated this morning was unacceptable. From the moment I got in line, I was met with the feeling that I was an inconvenience. I had two Amazon returns. The first one was just a normal drop off return, the second was through UPS. I didn’t know I needed to go to a separate area in the store for UPS. The girl that handled my drop off return told me I would need to purchase a box, which was fine and walk over to the UPS return area. I got the box, taped it up and waited a long time for an older man with grey hair to come help me. He didn’t say hi, so I said hi to him. Instead of saying hi back, he just said “you didn’t tape your shipping label to the box.” I told him I’m was sorry, I didn’t know if they needed me to tape it on or leave it off to scan. He sighed, rolled his eyes and taped it for me. Then another guy asked me if I had checked out and paid for the box. I told him I thought that is what I was doing with the first guy. They both looked at each other like I was an idiot and the first guy said “no, she hasn’t paid for it.” By that point I was upset and told them that no one had spoken a word to me or explained to me how things worked so I didn’t know. I have never had to make an Amazon return through UPS before, I’ve only had to drop my returns off so didn’t know what I was doing and no one was helping me. No one told me that a separate person needed to check me out for the box. No one even said HI to me. I left feeling stupid and like an inconvenience because I forced them to actually work. There needs to be some major customer service training at this store.

  I had a difficult time trying to order wedding invitations and stuff. I visit the wake Forest location and met young lady named Madison who was very patient and kind! She was able to print all the different sizes I needed. Thank you Madison for all your help! Very grateful! One less wedding task to worry about
