Told to come here to return an Amazon order. When I arrived they said they couldn't take it because the box (original Amazon box which hadn't been opened) was too big for them to ship. So I either had to go somewhere else or pay to have it returned by UPS at another counter inside Staples. Went to the other counter and the kid said he'd help me but when I asked for help printing the new label I needed he got annoyed and was short with me. Took 30 minutes to get a new label and cost me $8 when return was supposed to be free.

Just called the store in Wake Forest to get a few prices for our back to school event. I encountered a rude employee and manager. Both refused just check a few prices for me since I was at work at the time. All I was asking for was a few prices so we could set our budge set upt but both refused just to check a few prices for me. The mgr ended up sharing few prices but was rude about it.

Went to do Amazon return. Associate worked on rearranging the same box over and over for ten minutes while the line grew from 2 to 10 people. Never once acknowledged anyone. Did not speak when spoken to. Many other associates in the store doing other things. Was planning to purchase items but customer service was poor and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

I don’t ever leave reviews on anything, But the older man doing Amazon returns Needs some customer service training that was there this morning. I am a leader in a retail space and if any of my employees bickered and argued with customers the way he did with me this morning, we would have some serious accountability and coaching conversations. Not even a word said to the gentleman, and he was already telling me what he couldn’t do for me and why he can’t help me. And when I told him I’ve done returns on Amazon bigger than this item here before he gets loud and defensive and wants to bicker with me out of the door. Feedback is a gift I hope he gets better from this and improves.
