- LWLauren WinterNov 17, 20251.0Slow service and on top of all that I didn't still get my mail until a month later I only got them until I kept asking for it
- BCBarbara CharlesJun 11, 20255.0Outstanding customer service. In addition to being quick and efficient the kindness and patience of the staff was amazing.
- AMAmber MartinJun 21, 20235.0Super helpful sweet ladies! Made my passport experience less painful and more efficient.
- HDHarry DMay 16, 20231.0If you go to this post office to do your passport application, bring your own photo from Walgreens. These people took my picture; three months later, instead of getting my passport, I got a letter stating my passport photo was unusable and I needed to send another. Three months wasted because I assumed the post office employees knew what they were doing...now my trip of a lifetime is in jeopardy because sending a good photo will delay my passport application and it may not arrive in time. Thanks for a massive inconvenience and possibly cancelled trip.
- JPJosephine PineJan 4, 20211.0I was astonished that the lady working today did not have on a face mask. Even more dumbfounded that people continue to think plexiglass protects you. NO it doesn’t. The mask is the best thing you can do. Also, this post office is not enforcing mask wearing. Guess we deserve the high numbers with this behavior! As a front line worker I wanted to tell her, and the older gentleman in there without a mask, that neither of them wanted this virus that I’ve been seeing. Not to mention those of us working at the hospitals are so tired, over worked and exhausted of the high caseloads due to the spike because people can’t follow something so simple that WORKS! Sigh.
