It has been almost 60 days since we have moved to our new address and we still don’t receive mail, they have not been able to even document the address into their online database, and to top it all off they have been delivering our mail to the wrong forwarded address for almost 3 weeks now. We get a different story every time we go in this post office- and absolutely no progress has been made. No sense of urgency, poor customer service, and inability to provide even somewhat accurate information. Would give 0 stars if possible.
