- SDStanislav DonievJun 27, 20261.0Very disappointed with this USPS location. I arrived with 7 minutes remaining before the posted closing time. As I was pulling into the parking lot and getting out of my vehicle to mail a package, the employees locked the doors and closed the facility early. Business hours are posted for a reason, and customers should be able to rely on them. Closing before the advertised time is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers who make the effort to arrive during business hours. Because of this, I was unable to send an important package and wasted my trip. If the office is supposed to close at a certain time, it should remain open and serve customers until that time, not shut down early. This was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expect from USPS.
