Or so they claim even though the tracking info says the return wasn't processed until nearly 4 hours after I was at the post office looking for my package yesterday. Never have I ever experienced a post office sending your item back with zero chance to pick it up beforehand. I am so frustrated with this situation and it has caused a huge inconvenience for me.
