- LCL CApr 13, 20212.0Don't get a PO Box here. Nice staff that seem to care, but the organization is lacking. Twice my packages have been misplaced. Once, it was placed in a wrong PO Box several months ago, the person working there located it and got it to me right away. The second time, I have a package that was reported as 'arrived at post office' on the tracking. It was never marked as delivered but I was sure that if I went to the counter and asked for my package it would be right there. Unfortunately, nobody was able to find it. I went back the next day, and waited 15 minutes at the counter while they scrambled to find it. They finally sent me away saying they'll let me know when/if they find it. I don't have much confidence in the USPS as I have had issues with lost packages in the past that never got resolved. This experience certainly didn't help.

- WMwilburn mchoneApr 15, 20191.0THE REASON I ONLY GIVE TWO STARS IS BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES ON TIME OF DELIVERED BYE THE DATE AND DAY PROMISED DELIVERY THAT YOU PAY FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING AND IT TAKES TWO TO THREE LONGER THAN YOU PAY FOR THE SHIPPING THE POST OFFICE HAS VERY NICE FOLKS BUT THERE MAIL DELIVERY IS AWFUL IT WAS REALLY TREMENDOUS WHEN THEY WERE LOCATED IN UPPER BEACON VILLAGE AMAZING DELIVERY SERVICE AND GREAT POSTAL MORAL BUT THAT SEEMS TO HAVE CHANGED SENSE MOVING TO THE OLD INGLES SHOPPING CENTER IT'S TERRIBLE SHIPPING AND MAIL DELIVERY BUT THE OFFICE HAS GREAT PERSONNEL BUT NEED TO IMPROVE THERE INCONSISTENT DELIVERY PROBLEMS MY NEIGHBOR RECEIVED HIS AND NOT ME WE LIVE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO ONE ANOTHER THIS MAKE ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE AT ALL OTHER LAZINESS.
- KFKacy FairJul 9, 20171.0If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. They are absolutely the worst at delivering packages. My house is clearly marked and visible from the road, yet somehow, every package I order receives the same error, saying they could not leave the package at the front door. Anything that is shaped like a credit card, I never receive either! Then it will take them 20 minutes to track down your package in the back room because none of them at the actual office ever seem to be in any sort of hurry. I try my hardest not to have anything shipped through the postal service due to THIS horrible place.
