  Absolutely terrible and consistently unreliable delivery service. This is not the first time I’ve had this exact problem with UPS. Today I was expecting an expensive my NEW!!! iPhone delivery. The original delivery window was 11 AM–3 PM, so I made sure to stay home to receive it. Instead, I spent the entire day waiting while the estimated delivery time kept changing. Now it says it may not arrive until 9 PM. What is the point of giving customers a delivery window if UPS expects them to sit at home for the entire day anyway? And this has happened before. I previously had another package that UPS specifically said required a signature. Because of that, I stayed home during working hours waiting for it. The delivery kept getting postponed, and I ended up rearranging my schedule and staying home for THREE DAYS because I was told someone needed to be there to sign for it. Then, after all of that, UPS simply left the package outside my door without obtaining any signature at all. So apparently customers are expected to miss work, cancel plans, and sit at home for days because UPS says a signature is required — only for the driver to leave the package unattended anyway. If you cannot provide a reliable delivery window, stop pretending that you can. And if a signature is supposedly required, either actually require it or don’t tell customers they need to stay home waiting for the driver. This has happened too many times. The tracking is unreliable, the delivery estimates are meaningless, and UPS clearly has no respect for customers’ time. One of the most frustrating delivery services I have ever dealt with.

  Rude, worthless employees. Called to inquire about a package that got lost in delivery and lady on the phone said take us off the call list and hung up on me.

  I have been to this location several times and everyone is always very helpful and fast with Service. Special shout out to Shayla even if she is manning the front desk by herself, she is multitasking and trying to help as many people as possible! Thank you for your quick and friendly service!
