Even after talking with the manager on the phone, he even admitted "a lot has changed in the past year" as an excuse for their change in customer service. If you have a policy that you have customers adhere to, at least have the courtesy to follow your own policies and procedures as opposed to wasting your customers' time. No assistance or alternative solution was provided to remedy the situation. Time to take my business elsewhere.
