I was expecting three packages to be delivered today from UPS. According to my notification, I was told it was delivered at my front door this morning.. but no packages, and neighbors had not seen the UPS driver in our neighborhood. Also, my doorbell camera showed no one all day long.. My husband and I went into the UPS store and was told by one of the Assistance that I needed to file a claim which I did but at the end of all those questions was told since the package was supposedly delivered, I could no longer file a claim!!!! Now there is no way to find out where all three of my packages are. I’d like to believe there are some honest people out there and perhaps someone will drop them off, but that’s kind of silly. Isn’t it these days?!!!!

When I came in just to send some paperwork priority mail, there was a line which moved very quickly because of efficient and friendly team. Took no time at all to get my papers packed and sent off. Marcus was extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. He advised the cheapest, quickest way to send my package while still having tracking and delivery notification. Very happy with this service. The lady there was nice I dropped off some packages from an app called Depop and vinted a few days ago and they still haven’t shipped it out?? These things are timed and need to be sent out or the person gets a refund where are my packages?? What’s going on why haven’t they been shipped yet
