  Basically told me I'm screwed can't get anything in the mail because they wont change my address, people are stealing my mail so I can't recieve my ID or ebt card, I had a front and back picture, I have my birth certificate, everything to prove the photo on my phone front and back fully able to see caus either use the pictures for instacart and Uber eats for my driver profile. I have tried receiving a new ID through the mail to get it and of course can't get it. So now 3 ebt cards have been stolen in the mail my change of address was a waste of money and no one is willing to help. So what's the point of USPS if I cant recieve my mail or get my ID to be able to recieve my mail cause its a catch 22. So awesome I am screwed, can't even get a job without my ID, can't get anything through social service without my ID, but yet I cant recieve my ID because they keep forwarding it where they are withholding my mail from me!

  The staff is nice and helpful, however I have to give this location a 2 star based on the colors. Immediate migraine from the Crayola meets Barney color explosion. Who approved that?

  Postal service in my neighborhood has always been hit or miss. For the last year it's mostly been miss. My neighbors and I are constantly getting each other's mail, then we have to get it to each other. Sometimes it just seems to disappear altogether. It wouldn't be so bad except that I'm disabled and so is the neighbor who most frequently gets my mail ( and I get hers). I confronted the mail carrier today, after re-delivering the mail. His response was that the addresses were so similar. Which is true, we're on opposite courts. Obviously the direction of the addresses and the LAST NAMES are different! He said it was a heavy day. What happened to taking care and pride in your work? Not to mention that he's delivering all kinds of private, sensitive information. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot, he'd have something to say about it too.

  I typically don't have delivery problems. Our driver is usually good. Very disappointed that it has not stopped raining in 2 days. Clear that it's not intending to stop. Package was delivered at end of driveway in the pouring rain. No bag to protect it. Box is soaked. What kind of service is that? How would you feel if something you purchased was just left out in the rain?
