I came in with a passport application and they walked me step by step through the process, even processing my postage 5 minutes before the daily cutoff so that it could go out as quick as possible. They were friendly, informative, and professional very step of the way. Thank you both so much for your help!
- CCChrisJan 7, 20201.0Out of the blue USPS is suddenly refusing to deliver packages from Amazon and Zappos, three packages in 48 hours. Without even making a delivery attempt the tracking says being held at post office. One tracking says they attempted delivery at 7:45AM when I was home and have security records indicating no attempt. One tracking also says post office is holding at "customer request", which is complete falsity. The same refusals are being sent to my neighbors. If USPS is going to market themselves and receive funds for a residential delivery of a package, they need to actually deliver residential packages. The post office is 20min from my house and only open when I work. What is the point of ordering online with that much hassle to leave work during business hours, drive 20 minutes, wait in line to just get a package that should have been left at my house . . . might as well just shop at a store. If this is the future of USPS, it is a waste of taxpayer dollars to continue to subsidize.
