  Oh my gosh what is wrong with the people working at this location?!?! I shipped a package back to Amazon. Woman “in charge” said if it was done on the kiosk then the store has no accountability. Refused to try to find the package and then ended up blaming us for the way it was done. Ridiculous! No wonder Amazon is suggesting other drop off places!!

  I take my returns back on Sunday due to it’s not as crowded but the last two Sundays the male employee that has been working is not friendly at all. He huffs the whole time he is working with the customer on returns and has no manners. He seems very bothered to be at work and he is in the wrong field of employment if working with customers causes all the deep breathing and aggravation he seems to have as soon as you walk through the door. His manager needs to inform him about proper customer service etiquette. He has missed a training somewhere or didn’t fully understand that he would he face to face with customers. He is rude and is in the wrong line of work.

  No matter what time of the day I go to this location the line is to the door, at both the self help and regular line. You either need more staff, or better staff. Packages stacked so high at the self help station your couldn't even piece your package there to prepare it.
