  Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate this store. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. An employee helped me with a lot of packages — I believe her name was Abby — and she did an amazing job. She helped me package my orders and get everything shipped out. She was very patient with me, kind, and made the whole process so much easier. Great customer service!

  I used this location to return some items to the sender and the representative Kiah that helped me was so nice and very effective in her communication with me. Because of her professionalism I will be utilizing this location more for my returns.

From the moment I walked in, Abby was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. She greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my needs, and made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly and professionally What really stood out was her patience and positive attitude. Even though the store was busy, Abby never made me feel rushed. She took the time to explain my shipping options, helped me find the best solution for my needs, and ensured everything was handled correctly. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile gave me complete confidence that my package was in good hands.

  This was my first time coming to this UPS location. I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. Abby was especially kind, patient, and very helpful with the service I needed. She took the time to answer my questions. The store was organized, efficient, and the staff made me feel like a valued customer. I left completely satisfied and will definitely return in the near future. Highly recommend this location!

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Natalie. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.
