- MPMatt PuntneyJun 27, 20261.0Made a passport appointment. Received reminder the evening before and morning of, making sure we made the 40 minute trip in time. We get there and the passport folks decided not to show up today. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Counterperson was completely rude and acted as if it was our fault for trusting the appointment. "Uh, like, um she like calls out all the time on Saturday.. we like never do appointments." Probably par for the course at this post office by the looks of it.

Myself and a couple others in front of and behind me had a few packages (I had ONLY 2). I prefer for them to be scanned rather than use the drop box because they get delivered faster that way and as a business owner fast delivery is important. She said “is that machine over there for you to drop your packages in not working?” It is her job to scan them anyway. It was 2 packages. They were prepaid and all, she just had to scan and print a receipt.
