She allowed me to come in and finish the form before which didn't take long, very fond of the staff here.

Yet when I try to utilize the self service drop box, it’s full because they don’t empty it. 95% of the times I’ve tried to use it, it has been too full and will not even open. My small business depends on packages getting shipped in a timely manner but that can’t happen if usps isn’t doing their part.

We get there and the passport folks decided not to show up today. Apparently this is a common occurrence. Counterperson was completely rude and acted as if it was our fault for trusting the appointment. "Uh, like, um she like calls out all the time on Saturday.. we like never do appointments." Probably par for the course at this post office by the looks of it.
