  I’ve been here for 10 minutes and there have been 15-20 customers who arrived, walked up to the door and left, frustrated. No hours posted but online and on their answering service they say they’re open 9am-7pm. It’s 12:30pm now. So many people coming here for a specific purpose, many on their lunch break, some who drove into Salisbury from out in the county just for this store. Update: district manager just arrived and said they’re going to open soon. 2nd update after 15 minute wait: employee came out and said it would be an hour: about 1:45pm before another employee arrives so they can open because the employee can’t run the store alone. Obvious question: what about the district manager who’s also inside? 3rd update 😊: store opened at 12:50pm. Got through the line quickly with the one employee on the register. District manager was also answering phone calls to the store and jumped over to run the print center register. Best advice: call before you come.

  I wish amazon would stop using staples. Always a long line for returns. Today I showed up here to make an amazon return and there closed???? No note or sign on the door nothing. From now on I'll pay the extra dollar and just go to the UPS store. Hate this place , especially this location. Might need new management.

  Girl standing behind a counter tells me somebody will be with me in a minute why the poor fellas waiting on somebody else she's standing there looking at stuff too sorry to walk out in it wait on anybody customer service is a joke

  Very bad experience today. I needed to get 12 papers laminated, she let me know it’d be an hour which was no problem, but then let me know. There would be an additional fee tacked on for same-day pick up because I would be skipping the queue in Russian. Keep in mind she just said it would take an hour to do and when I walked in the other cashier is sitting on the counter on his phone with not a person in sight. I asked if I placed it for pick up tomorrow. Would I still be able to get it today since it would be done in an hour because there wasn’t anybody else in queue for the lamination but she let me know that’s not how it worked and I could either pay the rush fee and I could get it in an hour because there was nobody else waiting for for lamination or I could not pay the fee and I can get it tomorrow because if there was people in line for lamination, I should be behind them, but there wasn’t. Kind of an absurd concept and a really stupid way to lose a customer when the store was completely empty already.
