The store was fine and I was able to accomplish what I set out to do. The cashier, on the other hand... Didn't seem to enjoy her job or want to be at work. She took her sweet time and ignored customers.

This place is ridiculous. Looks trashy and needs a thorough cleaning needs better customer service. I have waited for 20 minutes in one line to be told I needed to be in another and I have waited for 20 minutes in this line. I am beyond aggravated. This place needs better signage, stickers on the floor isn't enough.

If I could rate a negative I would. I ran in to return Amazon and was first rudely told to follow the orange dots. How about signage like all the other drop offs?? Then waited in line hearing the staff talk about how short staffed they are and that management will not give them more people and really don’t care about Amazon drop offs. 20 mins later my turn in line and I’m told “I can’t do Amazon you will need to wait on her”. WHAT!!! There are at least 8 people in the line and only ONE person can do Amazon returns. I was then told I have others customers over there waiting too. Which there were and most looked just as upset as me. So I left. Never again will I go in this store. Such careless staff and management not or have help on a Saturday. Folks do Amazon returns at Kohl’s and buy supplies at Walmart or Target.

The Saturday before school starts (Aug 8) and they have ONE employee checking out customers. She's doing the best she can but the line is long and customers are frustrated. We hit the clearance bins at the back of the store and it said "price as marked" but there were no prices labeled on anything. Found some good items and looked for price scanner in store...none to be found. Waited in line to have items price scanned only to find out NONE of them had clearance prices. Waste of time. I think customers and employees are throwing items in those bins indiscriminately. No wonder there was still so much left....go to the front and sticker shock for items supposed to be on clearance. This store needs HELP, new management and more employees that care.

They have one person up front to take back Amazon order's and wait on customers.... every time I go to take back something from Amazon there is at least five people in line
