- JHJ. Craig HarrisSep 18, 20261.0Staff at the post office is pleasant and efficient. I have no qualms with that part of our service. However, there are AT LEAST one or two days a week when then rural mail service DOES NOT RUN in my area, on my route. I know, because I put outgoing mail in the box on a Friday afternoon, with the flag up, and neither item was removed from the box until the following Tuesday. That Tuesday we got a pile of mail. Oh, and what good is advertising a phone number if no one answers the phone. It rings ten times and hangs up on you.
