- SNSarah NorrisMar 9, 20225.0I had a hitch with an order I sent that was mislabeled and I didn't notice that my return address was an old address. The package was delivered to the Rutherfordton post office but was going to be returned to me - at an old address where I wouldn't get it. I called Rutherfordton post office and explained that my package I shipped was at that location but being returned to me. They found the package right away and agreed to hold it for my recipient to pick up. The staff was extremely helpful and I am very grateful for their help.
