There's no way they're that busy.That someone cannot answer a phone within 20 minutes. I went online. I've done everything I can do to get. The package to be delivered to my house and left on the porch. The deliverer already made a note on his slip that the package was severely damaged. This was 7 days ago and I still cannot get my package. I guess I'm gonna have to go all the way up there. To the post office to get my package that I paid delivery for absolutely terrible

Way too many contractors in and out of here, and there is absolutely no responsibility taken by anyone. The rest are unionized and don't care either. I have had enough problems in the last 5 years, that I cannot trust my own mail, getting in my own mailbox anymore. And I just avoid them with my outgoing stuff...
