- PRPA Man RaleighMay 23, 20261.0This post office location is NOTORIOUS for losing both incoming and Outgoing mail, with and without tracking numbers. Way too many contractors in and out of here, and there is absolutely no responsibility taken by anyone. The rest are unionized and don't care either. I have had enough problems in the last 5 years, that I cannot trust my own mail, getting in my own mailbox anymore. And I just avoid them with my outgoing stuff...

- RWRuth WFeb 14, 20261.0I’m giving one star because this is now the second time I’ve had to deal with this issue at the Roxboro USPS. Today’s February 14th, and I was expecting two boxes from my mother-in-law for my kids’ Valentine’s surprise. Tracking said delivered to parcel locker at 6:54 a.m., so I drove 10 minutes out of my way. No key in my PO box. Again. Last time this happened, I had to go to the lobby to get the key they should’ve just placed in my box. Now it’s Saturday, and I’ll have to wait until Tuesday for lobby hours (because Monday its closed for presidents day). It’s not that hard to put the key where it belongs. Very frustrating.
