- KDKattie DJan 17, 20221.0I send packages out to customers and maybe once and a while they will actually scan my packages I went down there to talk about it called up there filed complaints my packages are not getting scanned but I get confirmation emails that they get picked up but no one scanned it and sometimes it doesn't get scanned until it reaches it's destination. I had a missing package problem where another post office tried to call the Rockingham post office to see what's going on, on their end no answer from them. And me and my neighbors get one anothers mail and I've complained about it and the guy there acted like I didn't know what I'm talking about why would I make that up I wear glasses but I can see my neighbor knocking on my door to hand me my mail. There are giant numbers on the doors I would understand if there wasn't but Evey door has a number and a letter.
