This USPS has gone down hill over the last few years. It used to be a pleasure to interact with them inside the office and they were always helpful. Not so now.. they can't seem to handle important things. These days the carrier forgets to deliver packages as well as lose them or mark as delivered and they are not. They deliver random times so good luck having mail picked up from your mailbox.
I have more faith in Santa Claus to deliver than them. At least you know when he's coming and you can depend on him.

Our mailman, Melvin, is incredibly kind and polite. We had an issue with a package, the local postmaster called and sorted it out. I am tremendously grateful for their continued efforts, respect, diligence towards those they serve. Thank you!
