- KMKaren MitchellSep 3, 20263.0Didn't wait long, I did however feel like the lady behind the counter accused me of stealing tape. When I arrived I needed to securely package a bit better. There was a roll of packing tape on the table in the line that very clearly had been very much used I also assumed it was for customer use. The employee asked me if I had forgotten my tape on the table I stated no ma'am that was there when I arrived she then starts telling me that that tape is not free and I have to purchase that tape. I politely stopped her and explained how the tape was previously used and left sitting on the table when I arrived never apologizing she requested another employee to and remove the tape that someone took it upon themselves to use it.
- LGLynielle GibsonAug 13, 20261.0This USPS has gone down hill over the last few years. It used to be a pleasure to interact with them inside the office and they were always helpful. Not so now.. they can't seem to handle important things. These days the carrier forgets to deliver packages as well as lose them or mark as delivered and they are not. They deliver random times so good luck having mail picked up from your mailbox. I have more faith in Santa Claus to deliver than them. At least you know when he's coming and you can depend on him.

This time the guy delivered one package but didn't drop off my second package. Instead of walking back to drop it off they just updated the status that the front door or driveway was not accessible.
