Many postal workers go above and beyond to make sure mail and packages arrive safely and on time. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the experience can vary depending on the location. Wait times, communication, and delivery consistency can sometimes be improved, especially during busy periods. Overall, USPS remains a valuable and necessary service. Despite occasional challenges, the employees work hard, and the organization continues to provide an important service that millions of people rely on every day.
