- GFGabriella Francisci6 days ago1.0My mailbox is inaccessible and this post office refuses to fix the issue. The lock and key are BOTH not working and they keep telling my landlord to “use WD40” when the issue is so beyond that. I have no access to anything being mailed to me due To this post offices miserable service and no attempts for them to mediate the issue whatsoever. If you want to be without mail for months then feel free to use this post office

The lady serving me basically refused to weigh my package (it’s was international and needed to see my options so needed it weighed). Apparently “she’d have to enter all the information(name and address) and she was on her own”. I get it, takes more time for international but we the place wasn’t packed and that’s basically her job.

I will drive the extra distance to go to one. It actually cares about the consumer and the customer. You can hear him laughing and looking at the people upfront, standing in a long line because they only care about themselves there’s no team Aspect about the people that work here, especially to have no concern for the customer
- JCJames cAug 3, 20261.0Ive never seen such slow uncaring service in my entire life- literally they helped 2 people in the 20mins I stood in line, I would have just put my package in the drop chute but it was jammed shut. This is the sort of place that keeps UPS and FEDEX in business
