- WMWill MorrisMay 8, 20261.0Constant missing packages. Tracking will state delivered, but I will have been home all day and never once seen a USPS truck. The office itself will not answer the phone or help. And the national customer service line can only put in tickets to try to make them find packages. Over 50% of my packages in the past 6 months shipped through USPS have been marked as delivered, but never shown up. The best I've gotten is a very annoyed phone call about "they will look into it" then that same day getting an email saying the package is lost. Additionally, I have witnessed the delivery driver leaving open the doors to my apartment complex's mail box doors. Anyone could just take anyone's mail at that point.

It has been at the post office for 3 days now. 3 days.... and now they are saying the package will be delivered May 4th, 6 days after it arrived at the post office. A couple years ago, I had a package never arrive. It was a vintage toy from my childhood, and nobody at the post office offered any help resolving the issue. My best guess is, they either damage packages, steal them, or throw them away. Either way, they do not contact you in regards to your property, that they are responsible for, while in transit. This is a felony. Get your mess fixed.
