After 10 minutes he vanished for lunch and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, when I asked the other guy who can assist me, he said the other guy is in lunch. They don't like to assist clients.

The lines are often out the front door Went to send a package to Canada at 12:30 and was told we stop processing those packages at noon. The asked where’s does it say that.? No reply just a blank stare of someone who hates their job. Pathetic
