I tried label broker for the first time, and didn't receive the QR code until hours later (so at the time when I had to get the package out, I just thought I wasn't going to receive the email), and I thought just having my label broker ID was enough. The clerk was extremely rude to me, cutting me off while talking, and not at all helpful. I know that I was confused and probably annoying, and I know that working with the public sucks but I was definitely a little taken aback by her attitude when I didn't approach the desk with rudeness.
