This is not a fault of the employees who have to deal with it, nor the customers. I don’t believe this should take away from the wonderful customer service I received today (8/20/16, 11am) by the knowledgeable and kind lady up front. She deserves recognition for how she singlehandedly changed the narrative for me on how USPS employees treat customers, and how customers should treat employees. Thank you
- CSConner StewartJul 22, 20265.0Super nice and patient staff that is willing to help where/when they can. A lot of these bad reviews I think come from lack of understanding and impatience. I’ve shipped dozens of things here over the course of 6+ months and have never had a bad experience. When there’s a line, you wait your turn. That’s apart of life. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been a delight. When you treat people with love and respect instead of like a robot that only does one job, you find out they’re pretty nice and can relate to you! Mrs. Tonya is also the best. I look forward to seeing her everyone I go, so don’t be rude to her! God bless and remember to show patience and understanding.
