  Small Building, Big Mission, and Some Seriously Patient People! 📬😂 Stopped by this little post office in Raleigh, NC while working in the area because I needed to mail some important documents. I walked in thinking, “Quick stop, I’ll be in and out.” Then I remembered… this is the post office, where everyone else apparently had the exact same plan at the exact same time. 🤣 For a smaller location, this place stays BUSY! The employees behind the counter are handling packages, questions, paperwork, stamps, and about 27 different situations happening at once — all while somehow keeping everything moving. Honestly, watching them multitask is like watching air traffic controllers… but instead of airplanes, it’s boxes, envelopes, and people who forgot to fill out their forms. 📦😂 I have to give the staff credit. Working here probably requires patience, a good sense of humor, and maybe a scheduled therapy appointment after the holiday shipping season. 🤣 These folks deal with a little bit of everything and still help get important mail where it needs to go. The location may be small, but it provides a big service. Whether you’re mailing documents, sending packages, or just trying to figure out which stamp goes where, it’s nice having a reliable stop when you need it. ⭐ 5 stars — respect to the hardworking postal crew! I mailed my documents, survived the line, and left with a new appreciation for anyone brave enough to work behind that counter. 📬🇺🇸😂

  Some of the nicest USPS workers I've ever dealt with consistently! The gentleman at the front desk is always so kind and informative!

  Every time I come to this location the lobby is closed. Whether it’s during or after there posted hours.

  Offices were locked during at 11am. No access to boxes and no counter service. Was told by a gruff staff member that the office would open later.

  I am convinced they just don't go to work. This store is closed way too often during posted business hours, and the parking lot is terrible to begin with. If you don't absolutely need to go here as if your life depended on it, I would recommend you go to literally any other company (because the other USPS stores are terrible in their own ways) you can find who ships. This location is just awful, that can't be emphasized enough. This building should be closed and turned into an admin or analytics location. Or sold to someone who needs a storage unit.
