- CGCody GarnerAug 24, 20261.0Absolutely awful, I arrive at 1:20pm on 8/24. They are closed from 130-230 which I understand. She has the door closed already, a person holds the door for me so I go inside and she says uh uh I’m not taking anymore customers until after lunch, I have to get all of these people out of here in 5 minutes. It is 1:21, so I say you got about 10 minutes and she says uh uh come back after 2:30. I went last week and the systems were down around the same time, which means she probably put the paper saying systems are down so she can go to lunch early/on time. This is absolutely a disgrace considering this is our tax money at work
- JDJ DAug 5, 20264.0Tiny parking lot for a tiny, old building. Many people in line when I got there but it moved quickly. They might want to train Joseph to double check his work though. One woman left frustrated because he was unhelpful and had a long line. The next person asked if he needed to sign for a package. Joseph went to check and came back saying there was no package. Rosalind came up behind him and checked the spot where Joseph was just looking and found the package instantly. I'm afraid my package might have gotten lost if I ended up in Joseph's line. Thankful Rosalind was relatively friendly and very efficient.
